Terms & Conditions

1. All rates are exclusive of toll, parking, permit and state entry charges unless stated otherwise.
2. Local package usage beyond the included hours or kilometres is billed at the extra hour and extra kilometre rates shown.
3. Outstation trips are billed on the minimum kilometres per day shown, even if actual usage is lower. One day means one calendar day.
4. Driver bata is charged per day and night halt charges apply for trips involving an overnight stay.
5. Airport transfer packages apply up to the stated limit; beyond that, local package rates apply.
6. Waiting charges apply after the first 30 minutes of free waiting time at pickup.
7. Cancellation within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup may attract a cancellation charge.
8. Rates are subject to change during peak season and on public holidays — please confirm at the time of booking.
